@Wendi: Jeff says he'd leave Friday night. If you leave then, it's going to be dry. It'll give you some peace of mind if you travel earlier
@Marge: Friday's a good travel day for Ft. Sill and Ft. Dodge. Coming from Dallas-- if you leave noon Sunday, you should be good to go.
Looks good and drive safely!
@Cindy: If storm system comes in earlier, there's a better chance of it being icy.
@Buck: Tomorrow and Tuesday will be the best travel days.

@MsSW9: Probably going to be okay, but that could change quickly.
@Courtney: To Chi city-- you'll be ahead of the storm if you leave early Sat. Coming back, it might be snowing in Chicago. Taking the STL route would be a best
@Robyn: Have that as a backup plan. It might be safer if you can afford it. Not guaranteeing a snowstorm. Jeff and Gary lean toward yes
@Liberty: Between KC and Iowa/Nebraska borders, someone's will get some snow. Keep that in mind.
@Jason: Saturday's just rain. Returning later Sunday would be best.
@ATL: Looking good. Enjoy the sun.
@LibertySpeidel: I misunderstood your question. My apologies. I hope the guys answered your question.
@Jon: The earlier Friday the better. She'll drive through some rain, but otherwise looks okay.
@KUsportsPA: Small snow or light rain event but no big storm event there. Better in the afternoon.
@KJNP: Monday or Tuesday!
@Lisa: Good chance of rain here but not anticipating many major flight delays until Saturday
@Tom: Around that time could be some storm-- could happen between New Years Eve and Jan. 2 or 3.
@Fernando: Potential is there for some severe weather to the west of ATL but then moving north.
@Rich: As you get closer to KC, might see slick spots.
